Flow Studio now includes a floating live support chat, so you can get help without leaving the builder.

## Get help without leaving Flow Studio

Building a custom checkout flow takes focus. Hunting for a support tab should not break it.

Flow Studio now has built-in support chat. A floating launcher sits in the bottom-right corner. Click it, ask your question, and get a live reply from our team without leaving your work.

## What's included

- **Floating chat launcher** in Flow Studio. Open, minimise or close it any time without touching your canvas.
- **Real-time replies** from the support team, inline in the panel.
- **Your identity is passed automatically.** Your email and account name are pre-filled, so the team knows who you are the moment the conversation starts.
- **The conversation follows you.** Move between views in Flow Studio and the chat stays exactly as you left it.

## Why it matters

Merchants and makers told us they were leaving the app to reach support on finalpos.com, then losing their place in the builder. That is a small friction with a big cost when you are mid-flow on a Friday afternoon. Now help is one click away, right where you are working.

The chat reaches the same support team as always. Nothing changes on the support side; it is simply closer to you.
