March is packed with new capabilities for merchants, resellers, and developers.
Notre Échelle tool is now officially live, giving agencies, PayFacs, and SaaS platforms full control over how they deploy and price Final for their clients. Developers can now request early access to Code and start building custom extensions ahead of the full release. And with manual card payments (MOTO) now available through Paiement Final, you can accept card payments by phone or mail order — without the customer needing to be present. Here’s everything that’s new.
En bref :
Échelle is Final’s distribution tool for agencies, payment facilitators, and SaaS platforms that want to turn branded checkout infrastructure into a recurring revenue stream. It gives you centralized control over every client you serve — their plans, their limits, their extensions, and the overall experience — all under your own brand.
Resellers earn a portion of each transaction’s processing fee across their network. As your clients grow, so does your revenue. There’s no ceiling on how many companies you can manage or how large your network can get.

Scale Pricing gives resellers full flexibility to manage how Final is priced for their clients. You can set rates at the Plan level to apply shared pricing across a group of companies, or configure custom rates per individual Company — depending on how you structure your services.
You set your own fees, build your own pricing model, and earn ongoing residuals on every transaction processed through your network. Whether you’re managing five clients or five hundred, you’re in control of your margins.
Code is Final’s developer tool for extending the platform beyond its out-of-the-box capabilities. It lets you craft unique elements, menus, and API connections to build custom checkout extensions for Final POS. It also enables you to create and integrate custom fields and bespoke data tables.
Code is currently in active development, but early access is now available. Request early access at finalpos.com/code/ to start building ahead of the full release.
MOTO — Mail Order / Telephone Order — also known as “manual card entry” lets you take card payments when the customer isn’t physically present at the point of sale. Whether you’re processing a phone order, taking a deposit in advance, or handling a mail-in request, MOTO gives you a way to collect payment without the card being swiped, tapped, or inserted.
To use it, assign a MOTO payment action to a button in your Final checkout. When that button is triggered during a sale, it prompts manual card entry on your connected Terminal — no additional hardware required beyond your existing setup.
MOTO is now live for all merchants on Paiement Final.
1) What is Scale?
Échelle is Final’s reseller tool for agencies, payment facilitators, and SaaS platforms. It lets you deploy branded POS solutions to your clients, manage their plans and extensions centrally, and earn a residual on every transaction they process.
2) Who is Scale built for?
Scale is built for organizations that want to offer checkout infrastructure as part of their own product or service — agencies managing multiple merchant clients, PayFacs offering merchant services, or SaaS platforms adding in-person payments to their stack.
3) How does the Scale residual model work?
Resellers earn a share of the processing fee on every transaction processed across their client network. Revenue is passive and grows as your merchants’ volumes grow.
4) What is Scale Pricing?
Scale Pricing lets resellers set their own processing rates and fees for clients — either at the Plan level (applied across a group of companies) or configured individually per Company. Final defines the allowable range; you set your rates within it. Learn more about pricing.
5) Can I set different rates for different clients?
Yes. You can apply shared pricing to a group of companies via a Plan, or override rates on a per-Company basis for fully customized pricing per client.
6) What is Code?
Code is Final’s developer tool for building custom extensions, fields, and data integrations on top of the Final platform. It’s for developers and technical teams who need to go beyond what’s available out of the box.
7) What can I build with Code?
Code lets you build custom vérifier elements and menus, connect to external APIs, create custom data fields, and add bespoke data tables — enabling purpose-built checkout solutions for unique business environments.
8) How do I get early access to Code?
Visite finalpos.com/code/ and request early access. Code is currently in development and not yet generally available.
9) What is MOTO?
MOTO stands for Mail Order / Telephone Order. It’s a card-not-present payment type that lets merchants accept payment when a customer and their card aren’t physically at the point of sale — for phone orders, advance deposits, or mail-in transactions.
10) How does MOTO work in Final?
You assign a MOTO payment action to a button in your Final checkout. When that button is triggered during a sale, it prompts manual card entry on your connected Terminal. No additional hardware is needed beyond your existing setup.
