In the Merchant Hub, go to Orders to find and view your orders. Search by receipt ID or product and filter by status, then open an order to see its items, totals, customer, notes, and full activity — including any refunds. Refunds are issued at the till or terminal, not from this page.

## Key takeaways

- Orders (in the Merchant Hub) lists every order; search by receipt ID or product and filter by Status, Employee, Customer, Product, date range, or amount range.
- Open an order to see its Order Items, Order Summary, and Order Totals.
- You can also see the customer, billing address, customer and internal notes, and the order's activity timeline.
- Refund history — full or partial, with the reason — is shown on the order.
- Refunds are issued on the Run app or a terminal, not from the Merchant Hub orders page.

## What Orders shows

The Orders area is where you find and **view orders** taken across your stations. From the list you can **search** and **filter**; open any order to see its full detail.

## Find an order

1. In the Merchant Hub, go to **Orders**.
2. Use **Search orders by receipt ID or product** to locate one, and filter by **Status**, **Employee**, **Customer**, **Product**, date range, or amount range (Customer and Product search as you type).
3. Select the order to open it.

## Read an order

An order's detail shows:

- **Order Items** — what was sold (including any custom sale lines).
- **Order Summary** and **Order Totals** — subtotal (the pure item base), discounts, tax, tip, cash rounding, change, and the total the customer paid. Any card processing fee is shown as its own line but isn't included in that total, since it's a merchant cost rather than part of what the customer paid.
- **Customer** — the customer (or guest), billing address, and any **Customer Note** or **Internal Notes**.
- **Activity timeline** — the order's history over time.

## Refunds on an order

If an order has been refunded, the order shows its **refund history** — labelled as a **Full refund** or **Partial refund**, with the **reason** and amount, and the status shown as **Refunded**.

> Refunds are **issued at the till (Run app) or on a terminal**, not from the Merchant Hub orders page. This page is where you **review** orders and their refund history.

## When to use the Orders list

The Orders list is your record of every sale. Use it to look up a customer's purchase, check exactly what was in an order, confirm a refund went through, or investigate a discrepancy. For period totals and exports, use the reports (such as the Transactions report) instead.
