To transfer stock between outlets, go to Manage → Products → Stock Transfers and start a new transfer. Choose the source and destination outlets, add the products and quantities to move, and send the transfer. It shows as In Transit until someone at the destination marks it as received, which adds the stock there.

## Key takeaways

- Stock transfers move inventory from one outlet to another, under Manage → Products → Stock Transfers.
- You need at least two outlets to create a transfer.
- Choose a source outlet and a destination outlet, then add the products and quantities to move.
- Send the transfer — it shows as In Transit until it's received.
- At the destination, Mark as Received to add the stock there.

## Before you begin

To transfer stock between outlets, you move inventory from one outlet to another — so you need **at least two outlets**. If you only have one, create another outlet in Settings first.

## How to transfer stock

1. In the Merchant Hub, go to **Manage → Products → Stock Transfers**.
2. Choose **New Activity**, then select **New Stock Transfer**.
3. **Choose the outlets** — select the **source outlet** (where the stock is leaving) and the **destination outlet** (where it's going).
4. **Add products and quantities** — add the products or variants to move and set the **quantity** for each. You can't submit if every item is set to 0.
5. **Send the transfer** — send it. The transfer is recorded and shown as **In Transit**.
6. **Receive it at the destination** — at the destination outlet, open the transfer and choose **Mark as Received**. The stock is added at the destination.

Each transfer is recorded — including the products and quantities moved, who created it, and who received it — and you can see transfers **In Transit** and your transfer history in the Stock Transfers list.
