Custom Sale has long been available as an element, giving you the flexibility to create unique sales experiences right inside your flow. Now, it’s also available as an action, making it even easier to tailor your sales processes to your needs. The Add Custom Sale action allows you to add a custom amount to the cart, either by opening the custom sale dialog box where the cashier enters a custom label and price, or by automatically adding a fixed, preconfigured sale each time the action is run.
Example: Imagine you’re selling flower bouquets, but the price varies depending on the flowers selected that day. With the Custom Sale Action, the cashier can quickly add a “Custom Bouquet” to the cart and enter the price for that specific arrangement, making the checkout process seamless and flexible.
The new Custom Sale Action gives you more control and flexibility in how your flows behave.
We’ve previously introduced Environment Data, the feature that gives you a real-time overview of the station running your flow. Now, this information is even easier to access.
You can view Environment Data directly in Run, via the Station List, allowing you to remotely monitor and troubleshoot your devices. From here, you can see key details such as the station’s model, OS version, serial number, and available storage — giving you greater visibility into your setup.
In many ways, this makes Run feel like a lightweight version of an MDM (Mobile Device Management) system, providing the insights you need to keep your devices healthy and your operations running smoothly — wherever you are.
We’ve made some powerful updates to the Metorik extension to give merchants better visibility and control over their operations. Multi-outlet inventory management is now supported, allowing you to view stock levels for simple products at each Final POS outlet directly from your Metorik dashboard.
In addition, we’re now adding rich metadata to Products, Orders, and Variants, making it easier to share and integrate this data with other WooCommerce plugins.
