   Refunds, made for restaurants: a Full Refund / By Items choice like TouchBistro's, an optional free-text reason instead of retail reason buttons, and a new "Refunded items" setting (default: don't restock; or return to stock, or ask each time). The refund dialog now matches the app's other dialogs (Cancel top-left, larger touch targets) and lists each item's modifiers. Receipts now print the customer, the order type, pickup time and staff note, and the label of each discount. Fixes FC-740, FC-741, FC-742, FC-743 (task FT-195).
