Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Do not use Final to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, send spam, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another customer's data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Final's core platform is free. Card-present payments processed through Stripe incur Stripe's standard processing fees. Hardware purchased from our store is invoiced at the price displayed at checkout plus applicable taxes and shipping.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload. You grant Final a limited licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible.

Final is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Final's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for security reasons. Upon termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-product notice before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Final after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
