Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 26, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies that finalpos.com and the Final POS product use, why we use them, and how to manage your preferences.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites work and remember you between visits. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function; others measure how it is used or remember preferences.
Cookies we set
Strictly necessary: session, authentication, security, and consent state. These cannot be turned off.
Analytics: Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, used to measure traffic, page performance, and Core Web Vitals on an aggregated basis.
Functional: language and region preferences set when you interact with localised content.
Third-party cookies
Stripe sets cookies during checkout and payment-method setup to prevent fraud. YouTube may set cookies when you load an embedded video.
Managing your preferences
You can adjust your cookie preferences any time through the consent banner footer link. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings — note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and checkout.
Do Not Track
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing under US state privacy laws. We do not respond to legacy DNT headers because they are deprecated.
