Barber Flow is a counter point-of-sale built for barbershops and grooming salons. It intelligently handles mixed baskets of retail products and services, guiding staff through real-time chair availability, barber selection, and scheduling before taking payment, complete with customer lookup and built-in appointment rescheduling.
What it can do
- Service & Retail Cart Handling
- Automatically routes carts containing haircuts or grooming services through barber and timeslot booking while sending retail-only checkouts straight to payment.
- Real-Time Chair & Staff Booking
- Queries 14-day live availability based on staff working hours, chair capacity, turnaround buffers, and existing appointments.
- Visual Barber Pole Identity
- Crafted with vintage barber pole styling, sharp geometric layouts, and an integrated station navigation header.
- Drawer-Based Lookups & Rescheduling
- Inspect customer histories, view line-item receipts, or move appointments in a slide-out drawer without losing your place in the list.
- Smart Itemized Refunds
- Quickly process partial or full returns with inventory restock controls for damaged versus restocked shelf goods.
Changelog
- v10.32.2Live
Updated interface styling with softer rounded corners, improved booking calendar hours, and cleaner catalog scrolling. - Applied rounded corners across components for a softer look - Expanded weekly calendar to display full shop hours consistently - Fixed catalog section headings cutting off scrolling product cards
- v10.32.1
Resolved order calculation issues on receipts for tax rates and cash rounding. - Fixed fractional tax rate formatting on printed receipts - Corrected cash payment totals to accurately reflect applied rounding - Improved print accuracy for deposits, surcharges, and refunds
- v10.32.0
Receipt rebuilt: - Laid out in fixed character columns, so nothing can overlap when it is printed. - Prints every detail the order carries: outlet address and tax number; each service with its date, time, barber, variant and add-ons; products with variant, modifiers and line discounts; custom sales and cart fees; each tax with its rate; total and cash rounding; each payment with tendered and change; deposit and balance due; refunds; cashier, customer and customer note.
- v10.31.0
- Receipt: every line shows its own total (taken from the paid order). - Continue with every service already held goes straight back to payment. It used to send staff to the diary, where their own hold looked taken and the sale got stuck.
- v10.30.0
FC-841 QA fixes: - Cash rounding: cash is charged the unrounded balance and the POS applies the rounding. The confirmation shows the cash collected. - Product-only sales go through the Customer step. - Variant shown on the receipt, the confirmation, order detail and the refund dialog. - Refunds listed in order detail and on the receipt. - The refund warning only appears when the booking is still live. - Multi-service times try every service order, so mixed 30/60-min grids no longer strike free times. - Emptying or replacing the cart releases held booking times. - After going back from payment, a held service is listed once. - The receipt print uses a fixed system monospace font and simple lines, so text no longer overlaps. - Build: a prebuild step adds the @final-commerce/common 2.6.0 exports that kaching and command-frame need (compositeModifierMismatches and others).
