Donor contact handling reworked. - Receipt capture is now EMAIL ONLY. Removed the phone/SMS option (contact-type toggle, tel input, E.164 normalizer, sendSms call and the "needs country code" state): a customer record can't be created from a bare phone number, so one path that works beats two where one is second-class. - A donor who wants a receipt is now resolved to a REAL customer record instead of a plain-text note: look up by email first (case-insensitive) and reuse an existing donor, create one only when there's no match, then assign to the cart BEFORE payment so the completed order carries them. - Removed the vestigial addOrderNote contact record entirely. It only existed because there was no receipt-send method when the kiosk was built; sending is real now, and the customer record holds the email, so donor contact details no longer sit in plain text on every order. - Skip stays completely anonymous: no lookup, no customer created, no customer assigned, no note, no receipt sent. Each donation also clears any previously attached donor when the cart is built, so an anonymous gift can never inherit the last person's record. - Customer bookkeeping can never cost a donation: the lookup/create/assign sequence is fully guarded, so any CRM failure falls through to the charge and the receipt still sends (it goes to the address the donor typed, not the record). Money path, staff settings, PIN gate and config table unchanged.
