Final 2.0 Now Available
Final 2.0 is the biggest release in Final's history: Manage, Run, and Pay unite as Merchant Hub, Vision themes get a refresh, the Terminal App launches for Newfoundland merchants, and dozens of upgrades land across the platform.

This is the biggest release in Final's history.
Final 2.0 rebuilds the entire merchant back-end from the ground up. We combined Manage, Run, and Pay into a single Merchant Hub, refreshed our Vision themes, launched the Terminal App for Newfoundland merchants, and packed in dozens of quality-of-life upgrades along the way. There is far too much to cover in detail, so we have gathered the highlights below.
Merchant Hub: Three tools, one home
Manage, Run, and Pay now live together as Merchant Hub. One sidebar, one login, one place to run your daily operations.
The interface is just the start. Merchant Hub also brings a long list of upgrades that make running your business faster and easier.
Mobile-friendly
Check your daily sales, review orders, and update products from anywhere. Merchant Hub works just as well on your phone as it does on your laptop, so you can stay on top of your store from the road, the dinner table, or the back of the shop.
Bulk Editor
Updating prices on fifty products one at a time is a thing of the past. Select any number of products and change prices, status, taxes, categories, or outlets in a single action.
Dark mode
Easier on the eyes, especially during late-night reconciliation or early-morning prep.
Modular detail pages
Product, customer, order, and user pages are now built from movable blocks. Open the Layout Editor, drag the sections into the order you want, and hide the ones you do not use. Your hub, your way.
Sample Data
New accounts now open into a fully populated company with realistic products, orders, customers, and reports. Click around, test features, and see how everything connects before you commit. When you are ready, click "Setup my store" and the sample data is replaced with your real business.

Revamped dashboard
The new dashboard surfaces your key metrics at a glance: gross sales, transactions, average order, net sales, top products, payment methods, and staff sales. All updated live. All visual.
Data import and export
Bring your existing data with you. Import products, customers, categories, outlets, and attributes from CSV. Export anything back out whenever you need it.
Email user invites
Adding new users is now as simple as sending an email. Pick a role, type their email, and they get a link to set up their own account.
Auto-tax detection
We now detect your local tax rates from your business address and offer them as a one-click setup. Prefer to enter them yourself? Switch to manual at any time.
Rebuilt reports
Financial Summary, Sales Breakdown, End of Session, Employee Sales, and Transactions have all been rebuilt with cleaner visuals and full PDF or CSV export.
Our fastest onboarding ever
We cut the new account flow down to three required fields. New merchants can sign up, verify their email, and be inside Merchant Hub in under a minute.
Now in 11 languages
Final now speaks 11 languages, so more merchants around the world can run their business in the language they are most comfortable in.
Custom branding
Make Merchant Hub yours. Upload your logo, choose a brand colour, and the rest of the palette generates automatically. Pick a corner radius for buttons and cards while you are there.
Upgraded Vision Themes
Our default themes for Desktop, Kiosk, and Mobile have all been remade so your team can process sales faster and with fewer taps.

Terminal App (Newfoundland only)
For our Newfoundland merchants, the Terminal App is now live. Process card transactions directly on a payment terminal like the Stripe S700 or Verifone V660p, no POS required. The Terminal App is currently only available locally and is set up in person with our team.
It also supports emailed receipts, so you can save the paper roll for customers who want one. Email receipts are coming to the Final POS app soon too.

One More Thing: Final Tool Sweet
To celebrate the launch, we built a little match-three game using our tool suite icons. Think Candy Crush, but instead of jellybeans you are matching Manage, Build, Run, Pay, Scale, and Code.
