Flows now update your stations automatically after you deploy
Flow Studio can now push flow updates to all your stations automatically — no more walking each device through a manual upgrade. Choose between inactivity-based, scheduled, or immediate updates when you publish.

Flows now update your stations automatically after you deploy
Every time you deployed a new version of your flow, stations had to be updated one by one. That's done. Flow Studio now lets you choose exactly how and when your stations pick up the latest version — and then handles it for you.
Three ways to publish
When you click Deploy in Flow Studio, the publish modal now includes update timing options:
Between orders (inactivity-based): Stations automatically apply the update after 3 minutes of inactivity — no interruption to an active sale.
Scheduled: Pick a local hour and the update rolls out overnight or between shifts, on each station's own clock.
Force update: Push the new version immediately to all stations, even mid-session. This one requires an explicit acknowledgement before it's available — it's a deliberate choice, not a default.
What stations see
If a station is active when a new version is deployed (and you haven't chosen force update), the operator sees a toast notification with an Update Now button. They can apply the update on the spot, or let the inactivity timer handle it automatically.
Stations that are offline when you deploy will evaluate any pending update as soon as they reconnect.
What's not changing
You can still switch flow versions manually from Station Home if you need to. And if multiple builds are deployed before a station updates, it will jump straight to the latest version — no intermediate steps.
Automatic rollback on load failure is not part of this release.
