Shopify Inventory Two-Way Sync is here

Final's Shopify integration now syncs inventory in both directions — sales on Shopify update your Final stock instantly, and sales at your counter update Shopify, with automatic conflict resolution and multi-location mapping.

Shopify Inventory Two-Way Sync is here: Final's Shopify integration now syncs inventory in both directions — sales on Shopify update your Final stock instantly, and sales at your counter update Shopify, with automatic conflict resolution and multi-location mapping.

Sell everywhere. Count once.

If you sell on Shopify and in person, keeping stock counts accurate across both channels has always required manual work — or accepting that the numbers will drift. That ends today.

Final's Shopify integration now syncs inventory in both directions. A sale on Shopify decrements your Final stock immediately. A sale at your counter updates Shopify just as fast. No manual reconciliation, no spreadsheet patches.

What's included

Real-time two-way sync Every inventory movement — whether it originates on Shopify or at your Final Station — is reflected on both sides within seconds.

Race-condition protection When a sale happens on both channels at the same moment, the sync engine uses watermark tracking to process updates in the correct order and prevent stale data from overwriting accurate counts.

Automatic drift correction A background reconciliation process runs continuously. If a webhook is ever missed or an update is delayed, the system detects the discrepancy and corrects it automatically — no alert, no action required from you.

Multi-location mapping Map each of your Shopify fulfillment locations to the corresponding Outlet in Final. Inventory adjustments flow to exactly the right place.

Sync audit log Every inventory sync event is recorded with its source, timestamp, quantity change, and resolution status. You have a full history of what moved, when, and why.

Conflict alerts In the rare case where a conflict cannot be resolved automatically, a dashboard alert surfaces the SKU details and retry history so you can review and resolve it manually.

How to get started

Head to Settings → Integrations → Shopify → Inventory to map your Shopify fulfillment locations to your Final Outlets and turn on two-way sync. Full setup instructions are in the help center.

Already using the Shopify integration? Your catalog sync settings are unchanged — inventory sync is configured separately and you stay in control of each direction.
