Station Home Phase 2: quick payments and flow switching
Station Home is now a full action hub: take payments four ways without a cart, switch flows and versions in place, clock in and out, and set up printers with live diagnostics.

Station Home is now your action hub
Station Home used to do one thing: launch your flow. With Phase 2 it does much more. Staff can take payments four ways without opening a cart, switch the active flow and its version from the home screen, clock in and out, and set up printers and scanners with live connection checks, all from one place.
Four payment actions, no cart required
Quick Charge: enter an amount, add a tip if you like, and charge the terminal. Tax applies automatically and a receipt is ready on approval.
Quick Refund: find a past transaction by order or amount, choose whether to include the tip, and issue the refund in a few taps.
Manual Entry (MOTO): key in card details for phone or mail orders. The card brand is detected as you type and each field is checked before you submit.
Payment Link: enter an amount and the customer's email or phone number, and send a pay-by-link. The customer pays remotely while you stay at the counter.
All four run on Final Pay. If the connection drops mid-charge, the Station shows a clear error and blocks any duplicate transaction.
Switch flows and versions from the home screen
The Station Home hero now shows a Switch flow chip. Tap it to see every flow available to the Station (search appears automatically once you have more than 12). Pick one and the active flow updates along with its print routing. If the new flow has no print blocks defined, the Station falls back to default printing and shows a warning so nothing goes silent.
Version control sits right beside it. Choose Upgrade to move to the latest published version or Rollback to go back. The Station loads the selected version immediately, with no settings screen involved.
Clock in and out from the accounts page
Shift management is built into Station Home. Tap the user row in the footer, open the accounts page, and clock in, take a break, or clock out from your user card.
The side-menu avatar badge turns teal when you are clocked in and coral when you are on break.
Clock Out needs a valid PIN plus confirmation, so a shift cannot end by accident.
Clock Out is disabled while you are on break. End the break first.
Shift time survives reloads and relaunches, and clock state is tracked per user.
Redesigned printer and scanner setup
Setting up a printer or scanner now shows live connection status and offers a test print, so you know the hardware is ready before service starts. If a printer cannot be reached, the screen says so and lets you retry without freezing the Station.
Available now
Station Home Phase 2 is live on every Station running Final Pay. Nothing to install: open Station Home and the new actions are there.
