How to Switch Flows and Manage Shifts from Station Home
To switch flows, tap the Switch flow chip on the Station Home hero and select a flow from the list. To change versions, use the version picker next to it. To clock in or out, tap the footer user row on Station Home, open the accounts page, and use the current-user card.
Switching flows from Station Home
If your business has more than one flow, you can switch the active flow from the Station Home hero without going into settings.
How do I switch the active flow?
On Station Home, find the Switch flow chip in the hero section.
Tap it to open the flow selector. If you have more than 12 flows, a search bar appears automatically.
Tap the flow you want to make active.
A confirmation appears and the Station loads the new flow along with its print routing.
If the new flow has no print blocks defined, the Station falls back to default printing and shows a warning so you know tickets may print differently.
How do I upgrade or roll back a flow version?
Next to the Switch flow chip, open the version picker.
Choose Upgrade to move to the latest published version, or Rollback to return to the previous one.
The Station loads the selected version immediately. No settings screen is involved.
Roll back if a new version misbehaves during service, then let whoever maintains the flow look into it.
How do I clock in and out?
Tap the user row in the Station Home footer.
The accounts page opens and your card shows your current status.
Tap Clock In to start your shift, Break to pause it, or Clock Out to end it.
Clock Out asks for your PIN and a confirmation, so a shift cannot end by accident.
A few details worth knowing:
The side-menu avatar badge turns teal when you are clocked in and coral when you are on break.
Clock Out is disabled while you are on break. End the break first.
Shift time survives reloads and relaunches, and clock state is tracked per user, so several staff can share one Station.
