How to connect WooCommerce

Connect WooCommerce in the Merchant Hub — unlike the other integrations, WooCommerce installs an extension and opens its settings page under Manage, where you link your store to sync products, orders, and customers.

You connect WooCommerce differently from the other integrations. Where Square, Shopify, Clover, and Lightspeed X-Series run a one-time catalog migration, WooCommerce runs through an extension that keeps your store in sync with Final on an ongoing basis.

How WooCommerce is different

When you select WooCommerce in the Integrations grid, Final doesn't open a connect-and-migrate panel. Instead it installs the WooCommerce extension for your account (if it isn't already installed) and takes you to that extension's settings page. The card even describes it this way: "Install the WooCommerce extension to sync your store with Final."

Where you set it up

After you select WooCommerce, Final opens the WooCommerce settings page under Manage. This is the extension's own page — the place where you link your WooCommerce store and manage the connection. You can return to it any time from Manage → WooCommerce settings.

What syncs

Once your store is connected, the WooCommerce extension keeps your products, orders, and customers in sync with your WooCommerce online store. Because it's a sync rather than a one-time import, changes flow between WooCommerce and Final on an ongoing basis rather than only at the moment you connect.

Good to know

  • It's an extension, not a migration. You won't see the "Start migration" flow used by the other integrations — WooCommerce is managed entirely from its settings page.

  • You can find it under Manage. After it's installed, the WooCommerce settings page lives under Manage, so you don't have to return to the Integrations grid to manage it.

Next steps

Open Manage → WooCommerce settings to finish linking your store and review your sync. To bring products in from a spreadsheet instead, you can also import them in bulk.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Open Integrations

In the Merchant Hub, go to Integrations. The page shows a grid of platforms you can connect.

  2. 2

    Select WooCommerce

Choose the WooCommerce card. Unlike the migration integrations, WooCommerce runs through an extension — selecting it installs the WooCommerce extension for your account (if it isn't already installed).

  3. 3

Go to the WooCommerce settings page

Final takes you straight to the WooCommerce settings page under Manage. This is the extension's own page, where you connect and manage the sync.

  4. 4

    Link your WooCommerce store

Follow the steps on the WooCommerce settings page to connect your store to Final.

  5. 5

    Confirm the sync

Once your store is linked, Final syncs your products, orders, and customers with your WooCommerce online store. Manage the connection any time from Manage → WooCommerce settings.
