How to find and view orders
Find and view orders in the Merchant Hub — search and filter the orders list, then open an order to see its items, totals, customer, notes, and refund history.
What Orders shows
The Orders area is where you find and view orders taken across your stations. From the list you can search and filter; open any order to see its full detail.
Find an order
In the Merchant Hub, go to Orders.
Use Search orders by receipt ID or product to locate one, and filter by Status.
Select the order to open it.
Read an order
An order's detail shows:
Order Items — what was sold (including any custom sale lines).
Order Summary and Order Totals — subtotal, discounts, fees, tax, change, and the total.
Customer — the customer (or guest), billing address, and any Customer Note or Internal Notes.
Activity timeline — the order's history over time.
Refunds on an order
If an order has been refunded, the order shows its refund history — labelled as a Full refund or Partial refund, with the reason and amount, and the status shown as Refunded.
Refunds are issued at the till (Run app) or on a terminal, not from the Merchant Hub orders page. This page is where you review orders and their refund history.
When to use the Orders list
The Orders list is your record of every sale. Use it to look up a customer's purchase, check exactly what was in an order, confirm a refund went through, or investigate a discrepancy. For period totals and exports, use the reports (such as the Transactions report) instead.

Open Orders

Check the Order Items, Order Summary, and Order Totals, along with the customer, billing address, and any customer or internal notes.
