How Final POS pricing works
Final POS has no monthly software fee. Card payments through Final Pay are a per-charge rate that depends on your region and whether the card is in person or online. Flow Studio uses credits: 1,000 free each day, up to 5,000 a month, with optional top-up packs that never expire.
Final POS pricing has three parts: the core platform, card payments, and Flow Studio credits, plus any hardware you choose to buy. There is no monthly software fee.

The core platform is free
Manage, Pay, and Run, the everyday tools in the Merchant Hub, have no monthly software subscription. You can set up your store, manage products, team, and reports, and run your point of sale without a recurring software fee. Everything is included from day one: unlimited users, Stations, Outlets, and live deployed flows.
You pay per transaction with Final Pay
When you take a card payment through Final Pay, you pay a processing fee: a percentage plus a small fixed amount per successful charge. The exact rate depends on your region and whether the card is in person or online. Next-day payouts to your bank are included.

Flow Studio runs on credits
Flow Studio, Final's AI builder, uses credits: the usage currency you spend as you build, and on AI image and video generation.
1,000 free credits every day, spent first. Unused daily credits reset; they do not roll over.
Capped at 5,000 free credits per month.
Optional one-off packs that never expire: Spark (2,000 credits, $10), Boost (5,000, $25), Pro (10,000, $50).
Refer a business that goes live and you earn 500 credits.
There is no separate media bill.
Hardware
Card readers, printers, and other hardware are bought at the listed price (plus any tax and shipping). Run your Stations as the Final POS app on the Apple or Android devices you already own, or as a Virtual Station in any browser, so you can start without buying hardware.
What you won't pay
No monthly software fee.
No setup fees or hidden fees.
No extra fee for next-day payouts.
You pay for card processing on your sales, any Flow Studio credits beyond the free allowance, and any hardware you choose to buy.
