Payouts, Balances & Funding
Understand your Final Pay balance, manage standard and instant payouts to your bank, set your payout schedule, and explore financing in the Funding area.
Your balance, explained
As customers pay you, the funds collect in your Final Pay balance. Your balance generally has two parts:
Available — funds that have cleared and are ready to be paid out to your bank account.
Pending — funds from recent payments that are still clearing and aren't yet available for payout.
Both the Payouts and Funding areas display your account balance, so you can check where you stand at any time.
The Payouts area
Select Payouts from the navigation. It's where you view your balance and manage payouts to your bank account. Here you can:
See your current available and pending balance.
View your payout history and the status of each payout.
Review your payout schedule.
Initiate a payout when funds are available (where supported).
Payout statuses: Payouts move through states such as in transit (on the way to your bank) and paid (deposited). Timing depends on your bank and your country's banking system.
Standard vs. instant payouts
Final Pay supports more than one way to get your money:
Standard payout — funds are sent to your bank on your regular schedule (for example, daily or weekly) at no extra cost. Best for day-to-day cash flow when you don't need the money immediately.
Instant payout — available funds are sent to an eligible debit card or bank account within minutes, for a small fee. Best when you need cash in hand quickly, including evenings and weekends.
Set a schedule that fits your business: Your payout schedule controls how often standard payouts happen automatically. Review and adjust it from your payment account settings so it matches how you manage cash flow.
Setting up and changing your payout bank account
Your payout destination is the bank account you added during onboarding. To review or change it:
Go to Payment Setup in the navigation.
Open the Payment Account section — it lets you manage your business details, bank account, and payout settings.
Update your bank account or payout preferences, then save.
Keep your bank details current: If your bank account information is out of date, payouts can be delayed or returned. Update it promptly whenever your banking details change.
The Funding area
Select Funding from the navigation. It's a place to view your account balance and explore financing options. Alongside your balance, you may see financing offers — such as business capital — when your account is eligible.
Am I eligible for financing? Eligibility is determined automatically based on your payment activity and history. If you qualify, financing options appear in the Funding area. If you don't see any offers, your account isn't currently eligible — continue processing payments and check back later.
No offers showing? Financing offers are only displayed to eligible accounts and may not appear for newer accounts or those with limited processing history. This is normal — there's nothing you need to do to "turn it on."
Frequently asked questions
How soon will I get paid after a sale? Cleared funds are paid out on your payout schedule. The first payout for a new account can take a little longer while your account finishes verifying.
Why is some of my money showing as pending? Recent payments take a short time to clear. While they clear, they appear as pending and aren't yet available for payout. They move to available automatically once cleared.
Can I get paid faster than my schedule? Where supported, instant payouts send available funds to an eligible card or bank account within minutes for a small fee — useful outside normal banking hours.
How do I change how often I'm paid? Adjust your payout schedule in Payment Setup → Payment Account.
Do I have to use financing if it's offered? No. Financing in the Funding area is entirely optional. Offers are there if you want them, and you're never required to accept.
