How to read your Employee Sales report
Read the Employee Sales report in the Merchant Hub — see individual employee performance, with KPI cards, the Top Performers and Sales by Role charts, and a per-employee breakdown.
What Employee Sales shows
The Employee Sales report tracks individual employee sales performance and activity for a chosen period, in three parts:
Cards — Gross Sales (total revenue before refunds), Total Orders (across all employees), Avg Transaction (weighted average per order), Total Tips (all tips collected), and Employees (active in the period).
Charts — Top Performers (employees ranked by gross sales) and Sales by Role (revenue distribution across roles).
Employee Breakdown — a table listing each employee's Name, Role, Gross Sales, Orders, Refunds, Avg Transaction, and Tips.
Open and filter the report
In the Merchant Hub, go to Reports and open Employee Sales.
Set the date range for the period you want.
Filter by outlet — it defaults to All outlets.
Reading the charts and table
Top Performers ranks employees by gross sales (a bar per employee). Sales by Role breaks revenue down by role (for example, Cashier vs. Manager). The Employee Breakdown table lists everyone's numbers side by side so you can compare the whole team.
Viewing one employee's orders
The Employee Breakdown invites you to click any row to view detailed orders — open a row to see that employee's individual orders.
Exporting the report
Use the Download button to export the report as CSV, Excel (XLSX), or PDF. For the full steps, see How to export your reports.
