How to enable Cash Management on your flow
Turn on Cash Management for a flow in the Merchant Hub under Run → Your Flows → flow settings → Station Home, so Stations track the cash drawer for each session.
Where to enable Cash Management
Cash Management is a per-flow setting — turning it on applies to every Station that runs that flow. You configure it from the flow's settings in the Merchant Hub.
Steps
In the Merchant Hub, go to Run → Your Flows.
Open the settings for the flow you want to change. The flow settings panel opens with two tabs: Station Home and Payments & Data.
On the Station Home tab, find Cash Management — "Track cash in the drawer for each session."
Switch the Cash Management toggle on.
Click Save Changes.
Note: Your Flows is available to organization and Final users. If you don't see Your Flows in the Run menu, your account may not have flow-management access — ask your organization owner.
What changes once it's on
With Cash Management enabled for the flow, Stations running it will:
Prompt for an opening cash float when a session is opened.
Require counting the drawer at close, so the till reconciles against what it expected.
Show the Cash Drawer option in the Station menu, where staff can add or remove cash, add notes, and print the ledger or End of Session report.
Tip: The Station Home tab also controls PIN requirements, the station lock and flow timeouts, and locked access — you can adjust those here at the same time.
