Introduction to Integrations
Integrations connect Final POS to another commerce platform so you can migrate your store — connect Square, Shopify, Clover, Lightspeed X-Series, or WooCommerce and import your products, categories, and customers in the background.
Integrations connect Final POS to the commerce platform you use today, so you can bring your store into Final without rebuilding it by hand. You'll find them in the Merchant Hub under Integrations, shown as a grid of platform cards. Pick the platform you're migrating from, connect your account, and Final imports your catalog for you.
What is the Integrations grid?
The Integrations page opens on a grid of platform cards — one for each commerce platform Final works with. Each card shows the platform's name and a short description of what it brings into Final.
Available platforms can be selected and connected right now.
Coming soon platforms appear in the same grid with a "Coming soon" badge, so you can see what's planned. They aren't selectable yet.
Select an available card to open that platform's connect panel. An All integrations link takes you back to the grid at any time.
Which platforms can I connect?
These platforms are available to connect today:
Square
Shopify
Clover
Lightspeed X-Series
WooCommerce
These are marked Coming soon in the grid and will be selectable once they're ready:
Lightspeed Retail
Epos Now
How does connecting work?
For most platforms, connecting takes one step. Select the platform's card, then choose Connect to link your account. Square opens a secure sign-in with your existing account — once you approve, Final returns you to the panel showing Connected. From there you can start a migration, and you can choose Disconnect whenever you like.
WooCommerce works a little differently: selecting it installs the WooCommerce extension and takes you to its page, where you sync your store with Final.
What does a migration bring over?
Once a platform is connected, start the migration. Final confirms what it will import — your categories, products, and customers — then runs the import in the background, so you can keep working while it finishes. You'll see Importing your catalog… while it runs and Import complete when it's done.
A few things worth knowing:
Set your stock quantities in Final after the import. Products come across ready for you to confirm counts.
Your history stays put. Past orders, discounts, and gift cards remain in your previous system — a migration brings across the catalog and customers you'll sell with in Final going forward.
The details vary slightly by platform. Each platform has its own guide covering exactly what transfers and any platform-specific notes.
Prefer to bring products in from a spreadsheet instead? You can also import products in bulk from a CSV or Excel file.
Where do I start?
Open the Merchant Hub, go to Integrations, and select the platform you're moving from. Connect your account, then start the migration and let it run. When it finishes, your products and categories are ready in Final.
