How to organize products with categories
Categories group your products so staff can find them quickly and so you can filter reports by product type.
In the Merchant Hub, go to Manage → Products → Categories.
Add a category — choose Add Category, fill in the details (such as the name), and create it.
Nest subcategories — to build a hierarchy, set a Parent category (or use Add subcategory). For example: Drinks → Hot Drinks → Coffee.
Assign products — assign products to a category on the product itself, or select several products and bulk-assign categories at once.
Edit or delete — use Edit Category to rename or re-parent a category.
Bulk-assigning categories replaces the selected products' existing categories. And to delete a category, first remove or reassign its subcategories.
