How to take a MOTO payment on Final Terminal
MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order) is one of Final Terminal's four options, for keyed card-not-present payments. Choose MOTO, enter the amount for the transaction, then enter the customer's card details to charge the card. The same action is available as Manual Entry from Station Home on any Station.
What is MOTO?
MOTO stands for Mail Order / Telephone Order: a keyed, card-not-present payment where you type in the customer's card details rather than having them tap or insert a card. It's one of the four options in Final Terminal, alongside Quick Charge, Quick Refund, and Send Payment Link, and it's useful for taking a card over the phone or from a written order.

How do I take a MOTO payment?
From the Final Terminal home screen, choose MOTO.
Enter the amount for the transaction.
Enter the customer's card details: card number, expiry, CVC, and postal code.
Submit to charge the card.
