How to issue a Quick Refund
Refund an order in Final Terminal with Quick Refund — find the order (search by amount, receipt, or employee), select Refund, and the money goes back to the original card.
What is Quick Refund?
Quick Refund is one of the three options in Final Terminal for handling a payment. You find a past order, refund it, and the money goes back to the card the customer originally paid with.
How to issue a Quick Refund
From the Final Terminal home screen, choose Quick Refund.
Select the order you'd like to refund. You can search by amount, receipt, or employee.
Select Refund.
Proceed with the refund. It is returned to the same card used for the purchase.
