What the Media Library is
You use the Media Library to upload and manage your images in one place — most often product photos. From here you can organize images, reuse them across products, and keep your library tidy.
How to use it
In the Merchant Hub, open the Media Library.
Upload images — drag them into the upload zone, or choose files.
Add alt text — describe each image for accessibility. Good alt text also helps you find images later.
Use an image — select it to see its details, and use Copy URL to copy a direct link, or add the image to a product.
Manage your library — search or filter to find images, select images for bulk actions, and delete the ones you no longer need.
Tips
Alt text matters — it describes the image for screen readers and improves accessibility. Add a short, clear description of what's in the image.
Reuse images — once an image is in the library, you can use it across products without re-uploading.
