How to install and configure a checkout flow
Install and configure a checkout flow in the Merchant Hub — browse the Flow Library, install a flow that defines how your stations check out, and adjust its settings.
Your Flows vs the Flow Library
A checkout flow defines how your stations check out. There are two separate places for flows in the Merchant Hub:
Your Flows (under Run) — manage the checkout flows installed on your account. Each flow card shows the flow's name, a type tag (Mobile, Desktop, or Other), and its version, along with an Open in Run button and a settings gear.
Flow Library — a separate section where you browse and install new flows.
Add a new flow
In the Merchant Hub, open the Flow Library.
Find the flow you want and install it.
The flow now appears under Run → Your Flows.
Open a flow in Run
In Your Flows, each flow card has an Open in Run button. Choose it to launch that flow in the Run app on your station.
Configure a flow
On a flow card in Your Flows, open its settings with the gear icon. Flow Settings let you configure options such as:
Cash Management — turn cash tracking on so the station tracks the cash drawer during a session.
Flow Timeout — how long the flow waits before timing out.
