How to manage your billing and view invoices
Manage your billing in the Merchant Hub — review your Current Billing Period and estimated fees, plan and usage, payment methods, and installed extensions, and view your invoices.
What the Billing page shows
Billing is where you manage your account. If you manage more than one company, billing is shown per company — search for and select the one you want. The page brings together:
Current Billing Period — your estimated fees for the period, the period dates, and your invoices.
Plan & Usage — your current plan and how your usage (such as outlets and stations) compares to your plan's limits.
Payment Methods — the cards on file for your company.
Billing To — your billing contact and address on file.
Installed Extensions — the extensions active on this company.
Current Billing Period
The Current Billing Period card shows your estimated fees for the current period (with a trend compared to your previous invoice), the billing period dates, and your next and previous invoice. From here you can also open View Invoice History.
Fee Breakdown
Once you have fee-generating transactions in the current period, a Fee Breakdown table appears, listing your fees by payment type (with volume and fee). If you haven't taken any fee-generating transactions yet this period, the table won't show. For the underlying rates, see Final Pay pricing.
Plan & Usage
Plan & Usage shows your current plan and how your usage compares to your plan's limits (some limits may be unlimited). To change plans, manage your subscription through the Stripe Portal.
View your invoices
Open View Invoice History to see all invoices for the company. Each invoice shows its date, billing period, amount, and status — Draft, Open, or Paid.
Manage payment details and your subscription
Use Payment Methods to manage the cards on file, and Billing To to update your billing contact and address. To manage your subscription — including changing your plan — open the Stripe Portal from the Billing page.
