Introduction to Billing
Billing shows what your store is charged for and when — upcoming charges, invoices, payment method, billing address, and usage against your plan limits.
What is Billing?
Merchant Hub Billing shows what your store is being charged for and when. Open it from the user menu in the bottom-left corner. You'll see upcoming charges, past invoices, your payment method, billing address, and usage against your plan limits (Outlets, users, Stations, flows, extensions).
Tip for organization users: Organization users see billing for every company in the organization, with the option to search by company.
Plan limits
Your plan determines how many Outlets, users, and Stations you can have active. If you try to add something past your limit, a banner explains what to do — usually upgrade your plan, or ask the organization owner to upgrade for you.
