How to view and change your plan

View your plan and usage in the Merchant Hub, and change your plan or manage your subscription through the Stripe Portal.

See your plan and usage

Open Billing in the Merchant Hub to see your plan. The Plan & Usage section shows your current plan, with a badge for the plan name, and compares your usage — such as outlets and stations — against your plan's limits. Some limits may be unlimited, while others show your count against the maximum your plan allows.

Watch your usage

Plan & Usage is also a quick health check: if your outlets or stations are getting close to your plan's limits, you can see it here before it becomes a problem. If you need more room, changing your plan raises those limits, and the new limits are reflected back in Plan & Usage.

Check your subscription status

If there's anything to act on, a status banner appears at the top of Billing — for example Payment Past Due, Incomplete Subscription, or Subscription Canceled / Paused / Expired. If you see one, resolve it so your service isn't interrupted.

Change your plan

To change your plan or manage your subscription, open the Stripe Portal from the Billing page. The portal is where your subscription is managed. If a change affects your limits, you'll see it reflected back in Plan & Usage.
