Introduction to Scale

An introduction to Scale — Final's console for organizations, resellers, and agencies to manage many companies from one place: set pricing, distribute checkout flows, track residual earnings, and manage plans and team.

Scale is the part of Final POS for running many businesses from one place. Where the rest of Final helps you build and run a single store, Scale is built for organizations, resellers, and agencies that manage multiple companies — set them up, price them, distribute your work to them, and track what you earn.

What you can do with Scale

  • Manage multiple companies. Create and manage the companies and accounts in your organization from one dashboard.

  • Set pricing. Control the pricing your managed companies get, with default, minimum, organization, and plan pricing, plus the processing rates for the companies you onboard.

  • Track your residual earnings. See your reseller residuals as they accrue, organized by pay period.

  • Distribute your creations. Share your checkout flows and reusable building blocks across the companies you manage.

  • Manage plans and subscriptions. Handle plans and subscriptions for your organization and its companies.

  • Add your team. Bring in admin users to help onboard and support the companies you run.

Who Scale is for

Scale is for organizations, resellers, and agencies — anyone running Final POS across more than one business, whether that's several of your own locations or a book of client companies. It's the home for the commercial side of running Final at scale: onboarding companies, pricing them, and getting paid.

How Scale fits with Final

Scale is part of the Final POS Tool Suite. You create checkouts in Build, your merchants sell with Run and take payments with Pay, and Scale is where you roll all of that out across many companies and manage the business side — pricing, residuals, plans, and team.

Getting started

Scale is a web app you sign into with your Final account. From there you can add companies, set their pricing, distribute your flows, and keep an eye on your dashboard and residuals.
