Getting started with Final POS

Getting started with Final POS takes just a few steps. Most of Final lives in one place: Manage, Pay, and Run are all part of the Merchant Hub — a single login for setting up your store, taking payments, and selling. Build is Final's separate AI builder for creating your checkout.
Ready to start? Set up your store in the Merchant Hub, then work through the steps below. To create your account, sign up at hub.finalpos.com/signup.
Step 1: Set up your store in Manage
In the Merchant Hub, Manage is your back office. Add your products and catalog, invite your team, set your taxes, and configure your settings — the foundation everything else builds on. Start with Getting Started with the Merchant Hub.
Step 2: Choose or build your checkout
You don't have to build one from scratch:
Choose a ready-made flow. In the Merchant Hub, browse the Flow Library and pick a checkout flow that fits your business — try it live, or make it your own.
Build your own. Build is Final's separate AI builder — describe the checkout you want and it creates it.
Step 3: Turn on payments with Pay
In the Merchant Hub, Pay — Final Pay — is your payments. Set it up to accept card, contactless, and Tap to Pay, and to receive payouts to your bank account. Set this up before your first card sale so you're ready to take money on day one. See Getting Started with Final Pay.
Step 4: Start selling with Run
Also in the Merchant Hub, Run turns a phone, tablet, or browser into your point of sale. Open a session on a Station and start ringing up sales with your flow. Learn more in Run: your point-of-sale.

Are Manage, Pay, and Run separate products?
They're all part of the Merchant Hub — one login covers Manage (your back office), Pay (payments), and Run (your point of sale). Build is Final's separate AI builder for your checkout.
Do I have to build my own checkout?
No. You can choose a ready-made flow from the Flow Library that fits your business — try it live or make it your own — or build your own from scratch in Build.
How do I take card payments?
Set up Pay (Final Pay) in the Merchant Hub. It lets you accept card, contactless, and Tap to Pay, and sends payouts to your bank. Set it up before your first card sale.
What do I sell on?
Run turns any phone, tablet, or browser into a point of sale. For dedicated in-person and keyed (MOTO) card payments, there's also Final Terminal.

No. Start with Manage in the Merchant Hub and add the other pieces as you go — set up your checkout, turn on Pay, and sell with Run when you're ready.
